The Chalet

The chalet lounge

The Chalet was constructed in 2012. It is a wooden log lodge, it is very well insulated and has double glazed windows and doors. It is situated at the back of the house and has a covered decked balcony which runs down the length of the sheltered side of the chalet so you can sit outside even when it is raining! There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin room. The bathroom has a bath and a seperate quadrant shower. The living room and kitchen are open plan. The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer.

The Apartments

Both apartments are at the front of the house, one on the first floor which will sleep 4 and the other which sleeps 2 is on the top floor of the house.

The larger apartment has one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom. A large kitchen with fridge, electric cooker and microwave. A sitting room. The smaller apartment has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath with overhead shower. A living room/kitchen with fridge, electric cooker and microwave.

All units have television.

General

Extra beds: one Z bed available.
Car parking: ample space beside the house.
Pets: by arrangement and only in the chalet @ £20 per dog.
Bedding: feather duvets and pillows provided.
Linen: can be provided in apartments @ £15 per room. Linen included in price for Chalet.
Electricity: £1 coin metre charged at cost.
Heating: electric convector heaters.
